Before joining Partners, Crystal lead the HR team at Addition Financial Credit Union, where she transformed Talent Acquisition by focusing on Internal Mobility and Leadership Growth. Her previous unique background in hospitality talent acquisition and leadership development allows her to apply agile and innovative ideas while fostering collaborative, people-centric solutions that elevate both the employee experience and organizational performance.
With a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Central Oklahoma and a SHRM-SCP certification, Crystal brings a disciplined yet compassionate approach to leadership.
