Crystal is the Vice President of Human Resources at Partners Federal Credit Union, where she leads HR, overseeing HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition, & Data Analytics. Her leadership is defined by her ability to connect people and ideas, aligning talent strategies with business goals in a way that fosters growth and innovation. Crystal understands that at the heart of any successful organization is its people, and her strategic approach to HR is rooted in building strong, trust-based connections across all levels of the organization. This enables her to lead initiatives with precision and purpose, drawing on her expertise in executive recruitment, RPO integration, and leveraging people analytics to build the diverse workforce of the future.

Before joining Partners, Crystal lead the HR team at Addition Financial Credit Union, where she transformed Talent Acquisition by focusing on Internal Mobility and Leadership Growth. Her previous unique background in hospitality talent acquisition and leadership development allows her to apply agile and innovative ideas while fostering collaborative, people-centric solutions that elevate both the employee experience and organizational performance.

With a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Central Oklahoma and a SHRM-SCP certification, Crystal brings a disciplined yet compassionate approach to leadership. She is deeply committed to advancing diversity and inclusion while nurturing internal talent, always with a focus on building relationships that empower others. Beyond her work, Crystal’s passion for the arts is evident as she performs with one of Orlando’s premier professional choral groups, adding another layer to her leadership journey and community impact.
