The Inaugural Credit Union Times
LUMINARIES Awards

Entries opening for 2023 soon

Each day, credit unions make a tremendous difference in their members' lives as they provide a safe place to save and borrow at reasonable rates. But which individuals and organizations are taking the most creative and the boldest steps to push their members’ best interests forward, while having the biggest impact?

The Credit Union Times LUMINARIES Awards will answer this question by shining a spotlight on how individuals and organizations are changing the financial services industry where it matters most. This year-round program is intended to immerse readers in the lives of the industry’s leaders and TELL THEIR STORIES. The program is split into FOUR THEMES.

Part I

The Future of Credit Unions

  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
  • Innovation & Technology

Online Coverage: August
Print Section: October

Part II

Strategy & Making a Difference

  • Executive Leadership
  • Product Innovation

Online Coverage: October
Print Section: November

Winners will be selected by a distinguished and diverse panel of judges from across the credit union industry, as well by our editorial team.

We are pleased to announce that this recognition program will be supported by a year-long, multi-platform content plan that will tell the stories of the industry’s most unique leaders and organizations. CUTimes’ dedicated LUMINARIES content hub is the credit union community’s home for stories, profiles, interviews, slideshows, and photo galleries featuring the class of 2022. Winners will also be featured within the pages of Credit Union Times Magazine and within our highly-engaging LUMINARIES e-newsletter.

And then, the 2022 program will culminate at the Inaugural Credit Union Times LUMINARIES Awards Dinner held in Washington, D.C. this fall. We hope to see you there!
