In evaluating nominations, we will meticulously consider the below criteria. These criteria serve as our compass in identifying those who have truly raised the bar within the credit union sphere, driving positive change and inspiring others to follow suit.
 

• Impact. The nominee's influence on the credit union industry, its workforce, members and the broader community. This encompasses both quantitative and qualitative outcomes, such as the number of individuals affected and a comprehensive portrayal of how the nominee's efforts have enriched specific programs, credit unions, communities and the industry at large. Each entry should include 3-5 examples that vividly showcase both the qualitative and quantitative impacts of the nominee's efforts over the past 12-18 months.
